Al costat de Shinzo, el seu germà, i Shishimaru, el seu gos ninja, que fan coses meravelloses, tècniques, comportaments, habilitats ninja, etc., amb Kemuzo Kemumaki, ninja de Koga, que sempre lluita amb Hattori i es fica amb Kenichi, Shinzo i Shishimaru.

No li serà fàcil, ja que quan era només un nadó li fou confiat a dins seu el poder d'un ésser malvat, que antany va causar grans mals al seu llogaret (Konoha) i el qual anirà a poc a poc descobrint i dominant. Per culpa d'aquest poder, en Naruto passa una dura infància amb menyspreu i negació per part dels veïns del seu poble.
